Victors has expanded the brand over three sites in wealthy surburbs Hale & Alderley Edge as well as their first shopping centre venue in Oxford’s West Gate. Creating a clear and efficient line of communication for customers wanting to book a table was an important part of their requirements.

One of the requirements by Victor’s head office was to identify the number of calls being missed at each venue. Korubu used a cloud call reporting platform to create a monthly breakdown of call traffic to track the performance of each site.
