Maximising Revenue

Home Delivery

Famous for their breakfast and brunch, Home Sweet Home serves food all day meaning they have huge opportunity with delivery services like Deliveroo. With 2 prime city centre locations surrounded by offices and apartments, maximising takeout trade efficiently is key to increased revenue.
Long Dwell Time

Data Driven Marketing

Both venues required a Guest WiFi solution. Opening for breakfast at 9am daily means they attract customers with long dwell times with many working in the venues.  This presents a marketing opportunity for Home Sweet Home in terms of how they can identify those customers and market to them. With private hire areas, a cake-shop and monthly events and specials it is crucial that the team utilised their footfall.
Listed Building

The Great Northern Warehouse

The larger of the two Home Sweet Home venues is located in the Manchester Great Northern Warehouse. The Great Northern Warehouse is the former railway goods which was refurbished into a leisure complex in 1999. It was granted Grade II* listed building status in 1974 meaning there were potential restrictions and limitations in terms of providing connectivity due to the building.

“Korubu have worked with us from the start. They have been on hand to assist with our ever growing and changing needs.”

Marie Carter, Director

Due to the listed nature  of the Great Northern Warehouse, a Wireless Leased Line was the only option available which could support the demand for an operation as large as this site. A Wireless Leased Line  delivers the benefits of a traditional fibre Ethernet leased line, but without the installations hassles. All that’s required is access to your roof and a clear line of sight between two points.

Korubu Guest WiFi

Korubu Guest WiFi was installed across both sites. Korubu allows Home Sweet Home to  identify their most frequent customers and provides a platform for them to directly speak to them and more importantly, reward them once they have visited several number of times. The team create lists based on frequency of visits and send automated campaigns that encourage them to return or share their experience with others.
